Online Order:

You may choose date and time during Check Out. If capacity is full, date will not appear on the calendar. 

Minimum 7 Days prior to Delivery or Pick Up date. Limited slots available daily.
Last day for Delivery and Pick up is on the 26th of January 2025
Pre-Order will close on the 15th of January or earlier if stocks has run out.

 

Delivery:
-Free Delivery for purchase above $300
-Otherwise delivery charge will be at $25 per location.
-Please ensure that someone is able to accept your order on the date and time selected. Re-delivery will be charged at $25.
-We deliver daily including weekends. Last day of delivery is 26th of January.
-Once the date is full, it will not appear on the calendar.
-3 time slots available (10am to 1pm , 1pm to 6pm or 6pm to 9.30pm)
-Our team may contact you to re-arrange timing for better efficiency.
-For office deliveries, please leave a note or instructions during check out.

Self Pick-up:
Minimum of $100 to qualify for Self Pick-up to avoid over crowding.

Please show the confirmation email upon collection.
Printed copy is not required. 
We allow pick-up daily including weekends.
Timing varies for each location.

Order Process
Once we have received your order, a confirmation email or sms will be sent to you. For delivery, we will notify you when your order is being delivered.
For pick up, please proceed to collection point on the selected date and time.

Order Changes
Unfortunately we are not able to amend orders after confirmation during this high traffic season to avoid any delays or errors in our preparation and delivery process.
